Georganne Hodges has served on the Board since 2023 and as the Board Chair since July  2025. She has over 30 years of wholesale and retail energy experience, including major public accounting and extensive roles across the energy industry value chain. Most recently, she was Executive Vice President of Supply, Trading & Logistics at Motiva Enterprises, LLC until 2023, and previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Motiva. Georganne held CFO roles at Spark Energy and Direct Energy and began her career with Arthur Andersen in 1987. She serves on the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee at BWC Terminals LLC, and on the Boards of PBF Energy, Inc and Natural Gas Services Group, Inc where she also Chair’s their Audit Committee.
