HOUSTON (June 12, 2026) – BWC Terminals (BWC) is proud to announce that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Bradley “Brad” Oswald has been named a honoree for the Houston Business Journal’s 2026 CFO Awards.
The Houston Business Journal’s CFO Awards recognize the Houston region’s most outstanding financial executives, leaders whose strategic thinking, sound judgment, and measurable impact have propelled their organizations forward and strengthened the broader Houston business community. Honorees are selected based on their career achievements, financial leadership, contributions to their organizations and the city, and demonstrated commitment to community involvement.
Since joining BWC Terminals in 2021, Oswald has been a driving force behind the company’s financial strength and strategic growth. His most notable recent accomplishment was leading the acquisition and financing of BWC’s new terminal in Pascagoula, Mississippi, a complex transaction involving a long-term services agreement. Beyond finance, Oswald has championed BWC’s Environmental, Social & Governance reporting efforts and led a Cristo Rey student internship program that is creating meaningful career pathways in the communities BWC serves.
“Brad possesses a unique blend of financial expertise, strategic insight, and authentic leadership that enhances every aspect of our organization,” said Adam Smith, President and CEO of BWC Terminals. “He consistently achieves results that reinforce BWC’s foundation for long-term growth and is committed to supporting the local communities we serve. This recognition is truly well-deserved.”
“This honor truly belongs to the entire BWC team,” said Oswald. “Everything we’ve accomplished reflects the talent and dedication of my colleagues. I genuinely enjoy my work and appreciate the unique and supportive culture at BWC that encourages collaboration across the business. I’m grateful to the Houston Business Journal for this recognition and to BWC for the opportunity to engage in such significant work.”
Oswald and his fellow honorees will be celebrated at the Houston Business Journal 2026 CFO Awards Luncheon on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa in Houston, Texas.
