John Janes is the former President and CEO of Associated Asphalt, with over 30 years of experience in energy markets. John led a small executive team that doubled EBITDA from 2018 to 2023 with 29 locations and a global supply platform. He has expertise in mergers and acquisitions, organizational leadership, supply procurement, storage and logistics infrastructure, and customer solutions. John is a former chairman of the Asphalt Institute’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee and previously held senior management positions at Koch Materials, a subsidiary of Koch Industries.
